a. The minimum qualification for admission to M.Phil course shall be 55%
marks in M.P.E / M.P.Ed of two years duration or any other equivalent course which is recognized by this university. |

b. SC/ST/OBC candidates will be given 5% relaxation in academic qualification. |

ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES

For Regular Seats: :
On the basis of performance in the written test, list of unreserved and reserved category candidates will be displayed on the notice board of the department. In every category the admission will be given only on the basis of merit. If any seats are found vacant in any category it will be filled on the merit from the waiting list of that category. If the seats still remain vacant they will be filled from unreserved category. |

For Payment Seats:
The five payment seats will be filled from the overall merit list (after filling 15 regular seats) on the basis of performance in the written test. No reservation rules will be followed for payment seats. |

SEMESTER II –Part II (DISSERTATION)
|
|
|
| (i) Every candidate shall be required to submit a dissertation. The problem selected for dissertation shall ordinarily be from the area of specialization. |
| (ii) The proposal of the research problem for the dissertation should be presented at a colloquium in the beginning of the Ist semester. Three copies of the proposal in the standard format should be Submitted by the candidate before the colloquium. |
| (iii) This proposal should indicate the nature and significance of the research problem, review of related literature, sources of data, experimental design, methodology etc. |
| (iv) Three copies of completed dissertation, along with three copies of abstracts and one soft copy on CD shall be submitted before the end of IInd semester. Candidates will be required to submit their dissertation before the end of the IInd semester. i.e. in the month of April or as notified by the department. |

MODE OF PAYMENT

The candidate who opted only for regular seats will bring a demand draft of Rs. 17000.00 in favor of Head, School of Physical Education, D.A.V.V. Indore. which will be submitted to the Department.

The Candidate who opted for both regular or payment seat will bring two demand draft of (Rs. 17000.00 and Rs. 18500.00) in Favour of Head, School of Physical Education, D.A.V.V. Indore. which will be submitted to the Department. In case they are given admission against regular seats the demand draft of Rs. 18500.00 will be returned back to them.

University Fee of Rs. 1620.00 will be paid by all candidates in Registrar account separately in the bank through challan.
